Sales Manager for Metallurgical Services (f/m/*)

What are my responsibilities?

The department MS AT S (Metallurgical Services) is searching for a Sales Manager (f/m/*) and assigns following tasks:
 
  • Acquire new service and small modernization projects by understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and develop new customers
  • Design and implement a successful sales strategy for the dedicated sales market by CRM utilization
  • Expand and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Achieve effectively set sales targets in regard of volume, profitability and portfolio

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills: 
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial and/or technical studies
  • Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Willingness to travel 60%
  • English: business fluent

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 50.286,18 (F/00) or EUR 58.788,80 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer attractive social benefits, such as occupational health, adequate free parking, a canteen, as well as flexible working hours.
